Around here, my team gets excited about new posts from their favorite blogs. We are always passing blog posts and articles back and forth via email. Sometimes the posts offer insight into our industry, sometimes they offer management tools or office furniture to make your space more efficient and sometimes they are cat gifs.
The point is, all the back-and-forth fosters goodwill and a sense of community. It’s the same with your followers. Share the posts and blogs you love. Chances are, they love it too. And don’t be afraid to throw in the random gif or eCard. Consumers love a brand with a sense of humor.
